After the collapse of the ol United Alliance of the Wings Phillippeland plunged into a state of riots and anarchy. Prime Minister Breault who in recent months had been authorizing actions that the government didn't like has disappeared and a new rebel government has taken over. Loyalists to Prime Minister Breault who have formed The New Phillippe Breault Order an underground militia has fought the coup d'etat and the rebels that support it. The militia who refer to themselves as Jabronis an Old Phillippelandian slur used to describe revolutionaries have captured an area of Phillippe City called The Media District and have allowed reporters to return to work for the first time since the government shut down all international communications.
