An unknown amount of military personal have been transported to various locations around the globe to prepare for various war situations (I.E russia in the winter). Please note none of these locations are inhabited or claimed by any nation but Phillippeland

The Phillippeland Department of Intelligence will be conducting training missions for all agents including the Black Shadow divison.

Phillippelandian Armed Forces will begin construction of military bases on Long Island as well as along the St. Lawerence River and the PAF will be placing radio-controlled mines in various locations in the Atlantic Ocean
