Stans Semper offer to the Ratanian Order

With the war with Montegria over, one of our secret projects has never been so close to be constructed: the canal of the Great Lynxor, linking the White Sea with the Baltic Sea. A part of this project would be built onto the currently Ratanian territory bordering the White Sea and Stans Semper. To achieve the project, here is the Stans Semperian offer to the Ratanian Order:

- the Ratanian Order cedes this territory to Stans Semper
- Stans Semper entirely pays for the construction of the canal
- the Ratanian Order is granted a full right of passage over the canal

It will allows the Ratanian Order navy to fully circumvent the Scandinavian Peninsula, easying the managing and the defense of its coasts.
