The Defensive Organization of the Alliance, or of the Wings (DOA or DOW) is a defensive alliance  where members will protect other members. All nations agree to have embasies for discussing DOA matters.

-Phillipeland
-Anferr
-Edalt
-Ratanian Order
-Jeevia
