By agreeing you hereby state that you will abide by:
1.) Mish Island cannot expand
2.) If Mish Island goes to war all land taken will be given Byrd Land, to be divided as deemed fit by me
3.) Any land given to Mish Island will be transferred to Byrd Land
4.) Mish Island cannot declare war with Byrd Land
5.) Mish Island must provide a constant supply of resources to Byrd Land
